# Connect with POS, Pancake

### 1. Connect to POS to receive order notifications

*Note: The account you login to Pancake Work must be the same as the account you login at POS before you can synchronize data from POS.*

Step 1: Login PancakeWork by email in POS

Step 2: Choose 'Add app' to install POS

Step 3: Select the channel you need to Install here. Each channel will have its own settings&#x20;

Step 4: Notification status settings on the right side&#x20;

Step 5: Select 'Save Settings' once installation is done.

### 2. View performance statistics at Pancake and POS

### Introduce

In this section, users can see how effectively employees' work is through connected data from Pancake such as: Total interactions, Number of phones brought back, Average response time, ...&#x20;

The data connected from the POS is the number of new orders, revenue, number of orders closed, closing rate of each employee, etc.&#x20;

### Setup

#### Step 1: Choose 'Add app' and click 'Pancake' to install

*Note: Your PancakeID account must be linked to the Facebook account you use to create pages or message guests. Here is a video tutorial.*

#### Step 2: Some notices

With Pancake statistics, you want to share your information page for others to see statistics, you can choose in this Setting section

Then select the person and select the page you want to share information here. You can also auto share page information for your boss (in case you often have to create new pages.&#x20;

For POS, if you want to share page information with others, you need to go to the settings of POS to share the right to view the page for them.&#x20;
